- 1/2 bowl Sweetcorn par boiled

- 2 Green chillies finely chopped
- As required Chilli flakes
- as required Black pepper powder
- as per taste Salt
- as needed Cheese
- as required Oregano
- For Pizza sauce
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon Ketchup
- as per taste Salt
- as per taste Black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
Instructions to make to make Ragi pizza
- For making dough, mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough. Let it rest for about 1 hour. Knead it again and apply a bit of oil on top.
- Now roll a ball as we do with chapati and let it fry on a tawa from both the sides for about 5-6 minutes. Make similar base from all the balls.
- For pizza sauce, chop tomatoes in half and boil them in the water for 10 minutes on low flame. Now remove the skin and blend these pieces.
- I'm a wok, add 1 teaspoon oil, add the tomato paste. Cook it until the rawness is gone for about 10 minutes. Mix it well. Add tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, oregano and salt. Mix well and keep it aside.
- Now on a base, apply this sauce. Arrange capsicum and tomatoes on top. Add sweetcorn, green chillies and olives evenly. Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder. Grate the cheese on top.
- Now place this on the tawa, cover it for 7 minutes or till the cheese it melted. Remove it from the pan, sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes. Let it cool a bit and enjoy this healthy version of pizza.
- Note : you can sprinkle some oil on top of the vegetables to moist the base.
