- 2 tsp salt
- 2.5 tsp active dry yeast

- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp oregano

- 250 grms processed vegan cheese
Steps to make to make Gluten free & Vegan Pizza
- In a small bowl add 4tbsp water and maple syrup. Mix well. Add in the yeast, mix, cover and let sit for 5-7 minutes or till it turns frothy.
- In a large bowl add oat & bajra flour, salt, oil and frothy yeast mixture. Use your hands to start kneading the dough. Gradually add in water till a soft dough is formed.
- Place this dough in a greased bowl, cover it with wet kitchen towel/muslin cloth. Leave it to rest in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours (or till it doubles in size).
- For the sauce, make a cross mark on the bottom of each tomato. Place the tomatoes in water and blanch them for 15 minutes. Take them out of the water and let them cool. Remove skin and chop roughly.
- In a pan, add 2 tsp oil, ginger garlic paste & chopped onions, cook till onions turn translucent. Add in tomatoes, vinegar, ketchup, chili sauce, salt, chili powder, oregano, red chili flakes. Simmer for 7-8 minutes.
- Take out the dough & roll it out on the floured surface. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts of approx. 158g each. Roll out each portion into 6-inch circles.
- Spread sufficient amount of prepared sauce onto each circular dough. Top with veggies & grated cheese. Sprinkle oregano & chilli flakes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot!
